At Ruth Oliver, we aim to make delivery smooth, transparent, and cost-efficient. We do not mark up shipping rates — you pay what we pay — and we always work to secure the best available quote for you.
Free shipping only applies when explicitly stated at checkout.

Lead Times

Products in stock at our East Coast warehouse typically ship within 1–2 weeks of full payment — often sooner.

Delivery Methods

1. Parcel Delivery

Ideal for smaller items such as lighting, décor, and small seating.

  • Shipped via FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or similar

  • Tracking included via your order confirmation page

  • Ships without signature required unless you request otherwise

2. Local Courier / Blanket-Wrap Delivery

For customers within our East Coast delivery range.

  • Hand-delivered service similar to white-glove

  • Delivery runs typically every 1–2 weeks

  • Courier will contact you directly to schedule

  • Stair carries and special access may incur additional fees

  • No assembly, furniture placement, or packaging removal is included
    COI requests must be communicated in advance.

3. Freight Delivery (Curbside)

For large or heavy pieces (sofas, tables, oversized seating).

  • Delivered curbside on pallet or boxed

  • Driver delivers to curb/entry only

  • No inside delivery or debris removal unless arranged for an additional fee
    If your location has access restrictions (tight roads, hills, narrow turns), please notify us in advance so we can request a short-truck delivery if needed.

4. Warehouse Pickup — Free

Available for most items.

5. Customer-Arranged Shipping

You may arrange your own carrier; however, we do not recommend this due to higher risk of damage.
We cannot process claims for shipments not booked through us.

Requesting a Shipping Quote

Before checkout, email team@rutholiver.com with:

✔ Item(s) of interest
✔ Full delivery address & access notes
✔ Contact number (optional but helpful)

Quotes are typically sent within 24 hours.
Shipping is billed separately — once the quote is approved and paid, we schedule shipment.

If you are not satisfied with your quote, you may request a full refund for your order total paid, provided the order has not been fulfilled.

International Shipping

We ship globally through major carriers.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not liable for customs delays or additional fees outside our control.
